Just knocked this super basic paint out for next weeks league. The led matrix for the number is annoying me. I bet one of you guys have had this problem before! Any ideas what to do about it? (Bearing in mind my ability level)

What is it about the “led matrix” for the # that is annoying you? Don’t get what you are asking, design is looking good though!

This car is a “racing car” in standard form. In “real life” it has an led panel on the side to show its race number, this panel stays when you strip the original design off. That’s why there’s an 88 on the side of the car.
When I put my number sticker on top, the 88 shows through an looks bad. Just wondered what others would do or have done when faced with this problem.
Oh ok, I see what you are talking about. I wasnt aware of this. Will have alook see at it tonight. Others may know but I don’t. You say you can’t cover it with a solid color or paint over? If that’s the case you may be stuck with it. Because if you can’t cover it then it cant be painted over. Does it change colors if you change the base color of the car? If so you may be able to work around it that way.
That’s the position display I believe (in real life it would light up “24” if you were in 24th place). The number board would go up where you have the Ferrari logo.

Normally the position counter sits up behind the side windows (the lit up 9).
I’m not really sure why it’s behind the door on this particular car in game.
In that pic you can also see the number board (68) is illuminated, something Forza is missing.

Of course! And hey, I would’ve been extremely confused too, I just happen to see a few pics with that position counter lit up (I still don’t know for sure if that’s what it is). Otherwise I’d have no clue why it was there. Lol
