Must have tried 100s of cars and tunes, can’t find anything that doesn’t seen incredibly average at best.
Anyone found anything good yet? FH4 had things like the Viper that were great to drive but everything seems the same here with nothing excelling.

Shameful self promotion here, try the 1999 Lambo Diablo GTR with my tune, it might be what you like or not. You’ll need the normal Diablo first, then get the GTR from the skill tree.
I love the electric porsche, with the right tune it does 430kmh and havent found anything faster, you do need to brake earlier
I haven’t tried many cars yet but you could try:
Jaguar XJ-15 (Nalak 28 tune)
NSX-R GT 05 (Nalak 28 tune)
Audi R8 (Saeenu tune)
The first two are RWD and very fast. The R8 is a more balanced AWD tune - no idea how competitive it is.
Tried the Lambo Centenario in Online S1 900 but the person in the Ford Transit was beating everyone. BoneShaker is dominating A800 Online
I really like the LFA, it doesn’t have a ton of torque so it keeps traction out of corners really well
This game I liked the Supra GR so far, from previous games the Huracan Performante was butter smooth at 900.
But I’m in the same boat as you, I feel like most of the cars got dumbed down so you’re almost forced to put everything into S1 900, but then it’s very hard to find that car, or those cars where you have a golden child for races, a golden child for adventures, etc.
