I have a problem with redeeming the money for the VIP apology, when I went to redeem the 1 million credits it said it was redeemed from the message center but I never got the money, I got all the cars, but for some reason it just didn’t give me the money. Has any one else had this issue and knows what to do? Because losing out on a million credits is quite awful, and I’m quite unhappy that this happened
I’m bumping this back up because I haven’t even gotten a reply or the money, what good is an apology gift if you don’t even get it??
Same boat here, received message about 1mil credits and received nothing.
Messages received but no credits or cars gifted or available to download not happy at all.

I’m haven’t received the four bonus Forza Edition cars and the million credits on my xbox one profile after downloading the ultimate edition of Forza Motorsport 7.
Update: Yesterday, I got the four bonus Forza Edition cars and the million credits after emailing forzafb@microsoft.com. Thanks and I appreciate their help.

Yup, same here no 1 mil credits for me. Quite a disappointment, after a lot of other disappointments.

Yeah, I did that and all I got was an email saying it should be fixed and to include gamertag if I’m still having problems. Nothing was fixed and my email wasn’t read or they would have seen that I had already clearly provided my gt.
I’m having the same problem. I sent a note over to forza fan this morning and haven’t heard back. Any other suggestions?
After the latest patch, my “VIP appreciation letter” text changed from ‘5 FE cars’ to ‘4 FE cars and a credit’, but still didn’t get any credit or cars message to download. I don’t think it will get any kind of attention until other major issues are fixed.

Same thing here as well, took 3 days to get a response the first time, got a reply saying it was fixed and never got anything. After sending yet ANOTHER email after the “fixed notification” I have yet to hear anything back drawing this issue out to a week now… I have had enough now and I can say for certain that if I ever buy another Forza title it will be LONG after release if at all, this is a huge disappointment for me considering Horizon 3 was my first Forza game and it was incredible, I fail to see how such an amazing title could be loaded with SO many technical issues as well as support (or lack there of).
