I speak for myself and probably a few others when i say: I paid 100 bucks for the game and if the VIP’s were supposed to get an extra “bonus”, i still have not gotten anything weeks after the announcement was made. How long does this take?? I’ve spoken with plenty of people that have gotten the money/cars but not me. So whats the hold up?

You checked Message Center → Gifts I assume. That is where mine was, I think you have to open the message to get the cars and credits downloaded. Assume you did this but hopefully it helps.

I swear they don’t show up until you post on the forums. I was fully aware they should have been in my message center and waited patiently for them to arrive. Days went by and I saw nothing so I decided to post in the VIP thread. 15min later they popped into my message center. Had a friend experience the same thing as did a few other posters based on their comments and reply an hour later.

I got mine the day it was announced… I assume they manually go through a list and some people accidentally slip through the cracks. I’m sure since you posted here it will be fixed.

Same here, I got it when it was announced on this forum.
I started the game and there was the message from T10 together with the promised goodies.

I got ‘VIP’ yesterday and had the basic VIP bonus (VIP crates) instantly. Today when I logged in I got the credits and other HE cars as a gift. Didn’t say a word about in on the forums. 
I have also yet to receive any cars or credits, I pre-ordered the ultimate edition and was extremely dissatisfied with the new VIP system and this would have been nice to supplement my collection

I never got my million credits. Got a few forza edition cars unlocked, but still have to buy them. Is the million credits only if you buy the ultimate edition game? This is not cool.

I felt no hurry to get the four extra cars, so I left the messages in the message center. Now these messages have disappeared - no, I didn´t delete them - so that means I won´t get the cars ?! Thanks for removing them.

This seems sketchy at best. Game alone has it’s issues and now even bonuses they provided don’t work as expected. It’s frustrating to say the least as the game still feels like late beta, not even close to final release. Getting some information from the devs regarding this topic is essential and we’re left in the wild wondering what is going on. I’m waiting few more days for it. If I don’t get them till Sunday I’ll ask for a refund and I suggest you should do it too.
