So I open up FM7 on my Xbox and goto messages only to find that my free 1 Mil credits Turn 10 gave with the 5 VIP cars is missing. Where did my 1 Mil credits message go? I was saving that for a reason as the economy in FM7 is just horrible atm. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so, what is the solution if possible?
Yup all my gifted cars that I never downloaded all disappeared, there is nothing in gifts tab at the moment.
I also had like 50 million in cash gifts too. jk

I had redeemed the VIP cars they gifted from the Gifts tab but was trying to save the 1 Million credits for later 
why would not just claim it, and then save it, makes no difference in the long run except for some reason you have now lost it
Simple so I wouldn’t spend the 1 million credits for the Crates that it seems we need to purchase in order to get items and credits boosts as well as cars.
jep im to, i have the VIP dlc and i have become nothing and now the game will not start and the support is not helping.
You dont need to buy them unless you want mods or suits
Cars can all be obtained other ways
I wont be buying them until i have all cars and nothing else to waste credits on
I did not know that I could get 1mil credits as a VIP (which I am).
So I also did not get those credits. Where can I redeem them? There is no message for that in my game. I started with 100k (which is normal afaik)
Have to check for the cars after work.

I too am awaiting my 1 million credits. I’ve already emailed them last week.
It took a while to finally get my cars and I was thinking along with the cars I would get the 1million and nothing since last week.
