I followed the instructions on how to sync an Xbox One profile to my gaming PC, so he could play Forza Horizon 4 on my PC as well. However, once the syncing was complete, it had completely wiped out all of his saved data and now he has to start over. We followed the instructions on copying/moving a saved game from the cloud, but apparently the cloud does not exist for his Xbox? It was not an option. Is there any way to restore his data? We’re talking months of progress and he is one very upset boy right now.
