been a loyal costumer since forza 2. mostly bought every season pass (on motorsports) and spend alot off money in forza.(real money)
now if got forza motorsport 7 and i think its the worst published game ever cause. after every three a four races online the game crashes to dashboard mid race or most off the time when the podium part begins… i already have got this crash to dashboard like 30 times and im getting sick off it. never had this on any forza. its just a joke that a newly devolped game is not properly tested on all parts off gameplay. and just published right away.
further i have more. sometimes the online lobby says waiting for cars and then the race begins for the other players while my car is just set on the startline and then i dont have any sound either… i can drive off but with no sound and later off the line then others.
further i really hate that i didnt get the forza 2 and forza 3 suit even tough i played both as seen in achievement list. cause i really want forza 2 suit…
further this is not my first time if got problems with forza already lost 2 accounts with season pass. and then bought them agian so that 240 euro all together. so maybe its nice to give me so kind off discount on a new xbox or free dlc for a long time costumer who spent a lot off money in your game.
hopefully i get a awnser cause most off the people are let down by the service off t10
While I appreciate you monitoring this forum and responding to threads like these, the thread you linked to refers specifically to PC. A lot of users are experiencing the issues on Xbox One as well, I did last night and it completely shut off my Xbox. Are the Xbox issues being looked into as well?
I’ve tried to play online on my Xbox one S today for 2-3 hours and it CTD every 2-3 races and I’ve had the track disappear in front of me. I’ve had this happen since Sept 29th and I’m close to uninstalling and going the refund route, $100 for a 1/3 of a game is just not cup of tea.
I feel you. your issues seem very similar to my experiences on PC:( The number of CTD’s is amazing…
Since the update on Pc it has actually gotten worse… I envy your options for refund haha… I wont as I have to spend it on something else in the Windows App store…

For anyone that predownloaded it, starting the game on the 29th, I’d suggest the following, as it fixed the game for me and others. Delete the game, and reinstall it. Do not start the game when prompted ready to start, let it completely finish the dl, then start the game. It’s worth trying, and hopefully fix it for you
I got to play for a bit yesterday after the whole uninstall-reinstall thing, first I dabbled in the paint shop with a few cars for about an hour then went into multiplayer. Did 3 races in Indy car, 2 races in the endurance hopper and 2 races in the Breakout hopper. I was surprised I got the far without a CTD, my buddy sends an invite where 10 of us were running A class in a private lobby, first race hockenhiem national in the rain 5 laps, all good. Second race was brands hatch in the rain, make it past the 1st turn and just as I’m braking for the right-hand hairpin, CTD while mid-turn…ok, so it’s been a little over 3 straight hours without a CTD. So I load back in and I get another 3 races in the same private lobby and go back to the Breakout hopper where I managed another 4 races before a CTD, so maybe another hour or so. This process might of helped a bit instead of the CTD every 15-30 minutes but it’s definitely not a permanent fix, I have decent internet (average 70download and 12 upload) so it wasn’t a big deal to reinstall all 67gb but if people with bad service it will be a big deal for them to reinstall for something that might not help them. Going for another go tonight after some Halloween shenanigans and will keep this post updated with some more rambling and/or feedback if things stay the same or goes back to the CTD issue every 15-30 minutes.
I also never added that the game was moved from the internal storage to my 2TB G-Drive USB 3.0 7200rpm external hard drive as I’ve done with every game before; I usually keep smaller games under 10gb in the internal storage but everything else that has been loaded on this external HDD has been working fine since I upgraded to the Xbox1 Slim over a year ago, this time I kept the game in the internal drive so idk if that is going to make a difference or not. So all in all, it helped a little bit but I only played 1 night after this process.
Also this might come off sarcastic but I just want to know since I’ve spent $100 on this ‘game’ so far, and I’m picking up the new Xbox1X next week that maybe, just maybe an extra $500 will permanently fix the CTD issue for Xbox owners?
all these posts that get marked ‘answered’ should read ‘acknowledged’, answered implies a solution is given, but there are none in the answered threads.
As for reporting, given the wide scale amount of issues people are having, myself included, there have been loads of reports submitted already no doubt.
for the pc there is atleast a solution… see link nitro… but for the xbox there isnt still…
great t10 just grab the money and run im serieusly thinking about buying … gran to dison(turismo) cause that atleast works and kids ghost out if the try to ram you…after 12 or more years of forza im just getting sick that t10 just doesnt listen and just keeps ignoring the people who play but instead try to convince kids to buy this game and start ramming cause its all normal…
Yeah bird man I’ve noticed if I leave the hopper before crashing it basically gives you a reset so you could have just been lucky and left right before. I did it and played for 2 different 2 hour stretches and had it crashing just as frequently as before. Also had it flat out start the race without me at least 5 times during those 2 hour stints, wasn’t going anything other than picking my car with 30+ seconds left and just watch the others start the race and I’m still in the lobby.
I also have pretty good net at 250+ down and 35ish up so I wasn’t really worried about the time to download again I was really just desperate to find a solution. Hopefully it’s at least most of the way fixed next Tuesday, but I’m not holding my breath.
