Allow for Setting of Traction Control, Stability Control and ABS in Tuning Menu for Cars

I would love to be able to Set the Following in the Tuning Menu for each Car
Traction Control
Stability Control
ABS

And it would be great to be able to have more levels of for each of the Settings vs what we have now of On, Off or Sport

I think a simple 0-4 level would be Great

0 = Off
1
2 = Sport
3
4= On
