Hello, please help, after reinstalling Windows, I lost all the game progress, I want it very much back.

EDIT: Do you lose progress if you uninstall Forza Horizon 4?
Your data will be saved in the cloud, even if you delete all of it you can retrieve your saved game .

It shouldn’t be lost. It is stored on a cloud online.
You will have to click the link in my previous post, and contact support.
They will restore your most recent synced cloud save most likely.

It should sync at first start… dont stop the sync (can take a while)
If there is no sync u had save xblgamesave service disabled thats your fault then and it never uploaded your save
Yes it should have synced your old data at the start after new install.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNED INTO THE XBOX APP. ON PC.!!! (You may need to be signed into the Windows PC. with the same account so the PC. verification PIN matches up with the XBox user account when it asks on sign in. I am going to guess this is why your progress has not been restored. Windows PC. User Account changed?)
Unless you started offline which created a new cloud save, and then when you went online you synced the new one instead of the old because it will ask you.
If you are signed into the same Microsoft account you own the game on, and install the game online it should restore your progress the first time you load up.
You may simply need to go turn on cloud save, or do a manual sync, and select “OLD” file online from the CLOUD.
