Maybe try this and see if it helps https://support.xbox.com/en-AU/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/gaming-services-repair-tool If not download and play then exit and leave your PC running overnight with the add remove programs open on FM but just leave it like that then see if it’s there the next day. There’s really not much out there that sounds like your issue
