I’ve found when building a car unless the stock tranny is awful or the shift points are in poor places on a track I’ll usually keep it stock. Looking at the numbers on the one-77 you only saved .200 with the stock vs race tranny. Now I don’t own that car and I’m not sure the PI cost of the race transmission but if it cost you 10 PI as some upgrades do its likely not worth it. If it’s PI neutral or 1-2 it may be worth it.
Totally agree with that one, understanding when to use the race transmission and when not to is key when running leader boards.
