Achievement is still broken as of version 1.509.0566.0.
The achievement is bugged, i tried to got it in all different game mode but the achievement didnt pop up.
I play on xbox series x and PC
Bug Info: Make It Yours achievement never unlocks after purchasing 25 cars.
Platform: Windows PC,
Edition: Game Pass, Standard
Account: solo account
PC GPU: RTX 4080
Peripheral: I was playing on controller using an Elite Series 2, but am now using a Fanatec CSL DD w/ a McLaren GT3 v3. Drivers up to date as of this week.
Settings: Driving aids are usually just ABS and TC with braking line, graphical resolution 2560x1440, Ultra Quality DLAA, RTX off, Ultra settings.
Xbox Settings: No account parental settings, not playing game on Xbox.
Attempted fixes: PC has to be online to play, rebooted PC multiple times, obviously have restarted game multiple times.
Content Update: Should have unlocked on either 10/11 or 10/12 when I purchased a car following the Tutorial. No game update has corrected this, even after continuing to purchase cars for Career series.

I have a car that’s pretty close to level 50 so I will test if they fixed it tomorrow, but I won’t hold my breath that it’s changed. As for a video there isn’t much point since all you would see is me getting a car to level 50 and nothing further happening.
@JetPartySalad yes. just downloaded update 3 and done some laps in the rainstorm. still stucked at 98% and does not tracking. here is a video of me completing 2 laps in the rain.

and here you can see people with the same problem (and there is other bugged achievement just like rain meister. basically achievements that have some type of counting have potential to be bugged)

Like I said, achievement unlocked at 31 cars rather than 30.
So it doesn’t persist for me and I have no video of it!
After Update 3, it doesn’t work still
So, I tested it again on the newest version(1.522.1166.0) today and sure enough still no achievement. I did a freeplay race this time and at the credit screen the game says I got my car to level 50. I even waited a couple hours in case the game unlocked the achievement sometime later since that has happened to people before on other games. I’m not really sure what exactly you wanted recorded, so I recorded myself getting from level 49 to level 50 and then showing the credits screen with no achievement notification or sound. Attempted fixes: Submitted a ticket, reboot, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried different cars and those suggested by forza support.
Content Update: Prior to first update, and post update still no change.
Since release I have been unable to obtain the heart transplant achievement. I have tried numerous cars, some at level 50 before the conversion unlock requirement was dropped to 25 and a lot more since. I suspect its tied to the save progress bug from early on. I had to redo several races due to the progress not saving.
I have contacted support on this issue but I was quickly told the ticket would be closed and it would still be looked at. My concern, albeit some may think trivial…‘it’s only an achievement just enjoy the game’ but the fact remains that I can’t unlock it. I have tried numerous methods to resolve but none work.
Achievements are part of the enjoyment for me as a gamer, and being unable to obtain one because its broken is extremely fustrating.
I came to the forum to see if others have experienced the same issues.
While it may not be top of the list for fixing I would greatly appreciate it if this issue can be looked at in more detail with a view to fixing it please. I would happily start the game from scratch if it meant I could eventually get the 1000gs.

After the latest update the racecraft achievement still bugged for me, it looks like for other peoples it’s fixed. Yesterday i gained more than 12 positions and nothing. A other player with the same gained positions unlocked the achievement. See photos:
In the last photo you see in comparison to Player DumpAlf unlocked the achievement.

I think the coding here is heavily bugged and not working on any obvious logic. They should just write a check line of code if number of cars at level 50 is greater than 0 then unlock. I have the same issue with having 10 cars at level 50, I’ve gone and ground out about 41 cars to level 50 now but nothings unlocked. By way of a side note the achievement for having 30 cars popped when I got my 31st car done, so that just says their coding is all over the place. They need to just write some check code to overwrite the current achievement status. Similar to your photo proof above how can I only have the 10 cars achievement left that’s impossible. Likewise when you look on true achievements there’s 100’s of players with one really easy achievement left which is likely down to a bug, like take a photo of a car or “welcome to Forza” there’s no way you’d leave such an easy achievement until last.
I get it the developers need to prioritise stability and stop the game constantly crashing so I’ll give them that, but everything else needs to go to the bottom of the priority list getting the achievements to unlock should’ve been the next priority. This is a first party game from Microsoft and they can’t even get the achievements to unlock! What the hell happened during the certification process I thought all of the achievements were supposed to be fully tested at that stage. All future tracks, cosmetics and QoL should have been put on hold whilst achievements were fixed.
These developers don’t understand how important this is to the community, you wouldn’t have a marathon running race where the athlete is about to cross the line and then the officials block his path and erase his time, this is what Turn 10 have done they’ve killed peoples ability to get a completion and ruined any chance of getting on the completion leaderboards. Now we’ve been waiting 3 months for a fix, its outrageous and they haven’t even had the courtesy of giving a time frame for when this is likely to be fixed.

Looks like something went wrong with my account and it stopped working.
Having the same issue with “setting the standard” refusing to unlock. I have gotten way more credits than necessary for this achievement. Looks like some of you were able to get this achievement to pop finally. Any tips? How did it finally unlock for you? I just have this and garage loyalty left to unlock.
Impossible to get the Welcome to Builders Cup achievement. Yet having done it several times.
Any updates on this? Hoping this bug will be patched soon. My progress is also frozen as described.
