Absolute downgrade, compare tarmac texture to this first showing

There was a selectable box that you could tick when downloading the game back on October 10th 23

I installed Gamepass to try out the game and there was a selectable box for High Resolution Track Textures, from memory it was a 20 gig option.

Once installed I was surprised that I was unable to select High Resolution Track Surfaces so it must have been something other than the “Track Surfaces” when it came to the “Textures”., it bugged me for the 3 weeks that I played before I uninstalled as I dropped gamepass.

Then when I purchased the game outright through MS Store when the Nord dropped I’m pretty sure it wasn’t an option but I’ll have a look at the store when I log in tomorrow.

Just keep that installed. There’s no option for it in game. Track textures will look average. Only a small handful of tracks actually have decent textures.
