A Huge Thanks To Turn 10 From The PC Community!

I’ve been a huge fan of Forza since the first release on Xbox. I loved the fact that in their very first release, Turn 10 was able to beat Gran Turismo in terms of the car feel and overall gameplay. Like most people, I skipped this generation of consoles due to their lack luster hardware. I can’t lie, I missed Forza, bad. PC racing games are getting better, but none can compare to Forza.

I just want to say thank you for bringing my favorite console game to the superior platform where it belongs. While Forza Apex is most certainly a stripped down experience, I can’t wait for all future Forza games to be released on PC. Now, if we could just get them to release it on Steam…

I feel exactly the same way. Use to play Forza 4 on 360 back in the day and never bothered with consoles after that. Didn’t phase me as I hate consoles except I missed Forza. Glad it finally came to PC and look forward to any and everything Forza PC related in the future.

It’s a promising start for FH3 later this year, which I really really hope pushes the envelope in customization, anything to get the sour taste of NFS15 out of my mouth. Runs well too, bit rough around the edges but performance is better than I expected :). Enjoying it, however, hoping they add additional audio options in the future as I really want to turn down tyre skid volume as it’s always been dreadfully loud/over the top and at times plane silly, tyre squeel at 15 mph when turning? Ummmm…no, that never happens.

Just posted my review on the Microsoft site, really liking the game so far.
The pc gamers have been crying out for this type of game for years, and now its being delivered,
keep up the good work, and you won’t fail, thank you.

Gotta +1 as well. Was a huge Forza 4 fan back when. Impressed by the little bit of Apex I have played so far. Be able to give it a better comparison when wheel support arrives, but great job so far.

Another +1 for me too… The PC has for years been crying out for a game like Forza or Gran Turismo and Turn 10 have delivered. If we get the next Forza on PC too I think the benchmark for PC Driving games will be set at a very high level.

Be interested to see how the game plays with a Steering wheel as if it does play well games like Project cars 2 and the like have a hell of a long way to go to be anywhere near this game. The amount of Cars in this Beta alone trump anything currently available for PC.

Thanks Turn 10.

This is my first post here, but I just wanted to say that I totally agree with OP. I’ve missed Forza and it’s finding a very welcome home here on my PC. I’m a bit confused as to what the plans are moving forward with the series. I had no idea this was even coming out, I stumbled across it on my GTA crew forums of all places. Will this game have the full expandability of the Forza series? Meaning can we expect carpacks and so fourth, or is this meant to be more of a demo for another installment that may come later? I’m really hoping this is a sign that future Forza releases will be on both Windows 10 and Xbox One.

As a gamer on console and PC I couldn’t agree more. I’m glad Microsoft is seeing the light. They only need to make Xbox live available on PC an the rest of my Xbox games lol.

All jokes aside great work Turn10, you Girls and Guys are heading the right direction with the series.

From this point on the forza series is only a PC purchase for me.

Would like to thank Turn10 and MS as well. Apex is a great tech demo!
Been hungry for open world racing game on PC ever since TDU2, and i hope that Apex for PC means Horizon 3 for PC later this year.
Seems really weird to me that there are literally no games like TDU now except Horizon(which is one platform game only) and Crew (aka Failure).

i have played some project cars, but man… forza IS forza

i play forza series since xbox, then on 360, i don’t have xbox one but now i can enjoy forza again on pc!

Yes, Turn 10 and Microsoft deserve a huge warm thanks  I’m a hardcore PC racer, but Forza series ring a slightly different bell in my automotive lunatic heart than RF2 and RRRE for example. I have always tought that Forza is especially for car lovers. It serves the cars to players in such a way. The vehicles look so real, so beautiful and tempting, from inside out. And you can customise them. Maybe it’s not a hardcore physics simulator, but it doesn’t have to be. It has a different function. Forza gives a stunning experience in all it’s greatness. It gives us a chance to love cars digitally. Welcome to my PC Forza. You just made PC racing more interesting.
