3rd race in Tour lags on lowest settings w/ a brand new gaming rig

I have an Brand new Intel i5 - 6500 skylake processor, 8gbs ddr4, and a 4gb nividia geforce 960, AND I installed my 960 driver update which supposedly was specifically for this game and a few others, as nividia updates their divers to optimize their cards on certain games such as this one, when I logged on and it detected my settings it had dynamic resolution high and the rest was dynamic, everything was fine until my 3rd tour race the one at night, cant think of the tracks name, but it lagged like a mofo to the point it was unplayable, I even turned everything down in the video settings as low as they will go, and still it stutters to the point it unplayable, I know it not my system or drivers as I have the most recent driver from nividia highlighting this game, I know this is beta but this really needs to be optimized better, figured it woulda been considering nividia incl. in their most recent driver update, everything was great till that race, few things I could nit pick, but I was like this the first Forza my fave racing franchise on pc my fav way to play games, so Ill cut em some slack but atm, the optimization is a deal breaker for me at least till it get fixed, I can run plenty of games on High and Ultra no problem, this game I cant even run the 3rd tour race on w everything on low, that’s bad, everything ran great till the night race, had 1 lil stutter during 2nd race the one in rain but it was brief and just one the 3rd race was a constant stutter fest.

Same exact issue here, regardless of settings Yas Marina at night has awful stutter. Lowest settings make no difference, the lag happens at the exact same areas every time. I think the game has a issue with asset loading or texture streaming. Outside of this issue the game looks amazing, I’m going to wait for a patch before continuing. How do we know when this game updates though? I never see when the windows store apps update.

Open the windows store.
Click on your avatar icon (next to search, top right hand corner).
Click ‘Downloads & Updates’
Click ‘Check for Updates’.

I had the same problem with my GTX 970, everything was ok than Yas Marina started lagging AF. I just restarted the computer and everything was fine…
