I was doing a 20 lap Goliath race and at the last second of the race my game crashed, I am very disappointed that the Forza servers did not hold up for less than half the possible laps of the race. I need a reimbursement of the in-game or I am getting a full refund on the game. My gamertag is - Whip Pancakes
Nope You wont get any reimbursement …it could be any reason why it crashed

Try sticking to races of goliath of less laps
In fh3 it was suggested to stick to less than 6 laps
Any more was do at your own risk
No difference in rewards by doing 3 or 4 races of 6 laps…less chance of crashing as well and losing everything

I audibly chuckled at this. You more than likely won’t get any in game reimbursement, mostly cause you have no proof. But I bet you can get a refund, so you should take that route. Refunding a game because you have a bad connection tho? Seems extreme but it’s your prerogative. I’ve never had problems with my game crashing due to servers, because that’s not how it happens.

Don’t know why people feel like they owed when the game crashes, can’t imagine what some people are like when they run in to real life issues. Uncharted 1 crashed about 15 seconds away from the ending cutscene and the save corrupted, I laughed in disbelief and moved on, didn’t write to the papers, and I never felt the need to be compensated either.

Sure uncharted crashed but that’s made by some low level studio. Not a aaa studio that’s had 2 years to make this game run good. I think they need to add something where even if your game crashes you still get what you earned. They need to rework the game so each lap you race the rewards you would have gotten stay with you even if your crashes. Its a little [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D] if your game crashes and you wastes 3 hours of your life on nothing you don’t even get what your skill points you earned or spin wheels.

Wow, so demanding without any proof of anything. I can easily just say I did the same. This is play at your own risk and good luck teying to get a refund, that’s not how things work. If you own a disk you can take it back and might get have your money back because now it’s used. Next time keep your laps around 5 because everyone one knows the game is a little unstable right now. So knowing that you put yourself at risk.

I played two times 18 laps and I didn’t have any issues.
The same thing happened to me, I made a support ticket and they told me they can’t give me anything for the time that was wasted and that I should do less laps.
I play other games where if I were to suffer due to a game issue (crash, bug etc) I would get reimbursed after contacting support so I was surprised and disappointed to see that isn’t the case with forza.
I highly doubt ANY game creator would reimburse you for the game freezing.

Do the power companies also compensate you as well for when the power goes out mid games…nah dont think so

Their support will reimburse for any issue with the game which includes crashes.

The game isn’t failing though, it’s doing the opposite.
Can’t be a popular game, no-one is streaming it on mixer, searched for the game forums but there’s no support forum

Just wondering how Don Joewon Song has managed to do 50 laps of both Goliaths in H3 and H4 without issue. I wouldn’t risk it myself just in case there was a power cut and I’d be forced to blame god.
