A-Class is just basically upgrading everything with V12 engine swap and AWD drivetrain swap except keeping stock tire compound. Due to the stupid PI system in FH3 this insane power setup is best for A-Class as long as you can control it.
Im having fun with C class Trans Am. My A class Viper 1999 isnt much faster than C class Trans AM. And Trans AM is more controllable. Since you can have 1500 hp A class car is that class competitive?
Is the tunning a game changer? What upgrades should I apply first? Is there any guide for rookies like me?
Viper 99 is weak FH3 car sadly. Still S1 would be it’s most comfortable category as u can’t add enough power for it in A-class. Trans Am A-class is decent but for best cars u better check for top cars in rivals leaderboards.
Correct build is way more important than tuning, but then majority of players can’t really cope with these competitive builds in most lower classes which are mostly silly AWD power builds. Suggest try invest more time into what type of build/level of competitiveness u want first before digging into tuning.
Charger Daytona 1400+hp is best. Don’t remember if that’s retro muscle but at least it is in my mind. Stronger than all other Muscles in A/S1.
Holden Torana HE (with its unique default HE tire compound suited to A-Class) comes second but by considerable margin, followed by Chevrolet El Camino full power, Chevelle HE and Ford Mustang 69 HE.
