“Your awards for the loyalty of the Forza.” This message appears at every start of the game and does not disappear. It describes all sorts of awards that I have long received. This is of course a trifle, but I would really like to get rid of it. It appears at every start almost from the very beginning. I reinstalled the game, but it does not disappear. Help!

I have never had this problem, but I might be able to help. Are you sure it says “awards?” Forza doesn’t give loyalty awards, but loyalty rewards.
Do the following: Power down your xbox by pulling the plug (If this is actually an issue on pc there may be more to your problem.)
then power it back on, log in to xbox live, then shut off the internet connection in settings. Open up FM7/FH4, or really any forza game you have installed after FH4, and wait/play to a point in which you can easily pause the game (For example, sitting outside the festival in horizon, main menu of FM7). Go to https://rewards.forzamotorsport.net/en-US/redeem on a pc. If it says you can redeem your rewards do it. If it says you need to wait a couple of days, then wait a couple of days, then redeem your rewards. After redeeming rewards, Immediately go to settings on the xbox, turn back on internet, and confirm that you have a connection (How you do this is up to you, but you don’t want to open up another app/game). Then return to the game through the xbox menu. From here, if the message appears again, I am stuck, if it appeared while offline and opening up the game, there are even bigger problems, and I would suggest a support ticket). If no message appears, find out where the message inbox in ur forza game is. It is on the main menu in FM7 and the pause menu in FH4. Redeem any rewards that appear in the gifts tab, and wait until one for today’s date appears, and redeem that one too. You can then continue playing the game normally.
If you want, you can then perform a cold reset on the device, and power it back on, log into xbox live/internet, and then open forza again, if the message appears, make a support ticket, if it doesn’t, issue solved.

I always get this message every time I log in. Has been this way since release. That quick press of “A” has become some sort of routine
On one update I got all of my previous trophy’s back again, it took ages to list them all, and it was annoying when they all flashed up one after the other… those purple boxes. Maybe they mean that?
