[RESOLVED] Loyalty rewards unlocked, but don't appear in game

I think I was just done my first series (playing on PC) and I had all the loyalty rewards pop. Was for driver level 1-10, and for playing every game except Forza Motorsport 1 (although I have so I don’t know why that wasn’t there). Went back and did some more races, turned off the game for a break. When I came back and started the game again I noticed none of those badges or driver gear were unlocked. Nor was the mods that I unlocked (I remember seeing one at 9x of a card).

I restarted the game and they did not show up. I then booted up my XB1, synced game data and checked there and they were also still locked and mods were missing. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue? Also putting it on T10s radar as I didn’t see it on the known issues list.

EDIT: To clarify, my VIP driver gear is correctly unlocked, just not royalty rewards.

Same problem here, the rewards pops me but after that downloading a paint the game crash and i have to reset the game, and all the loyalty rewards appear me locked

Same for me… i’ve Unlocked my tier 11 prizes after playing the game the second time, then i clicked on the 10 boxes rewards and the game crashed… When i restart FM7 all my prizes was gone…

Also had the same thing happen to me. Have restarted the Xbox (logging out completely) but the Forza rewards are all locked.

I did receive the prize crates (8?) but didn’t open them. On starting the game up again these have all disappeared and don’t appear anywhere!

You should report this to Nitro Glitter in PM… they are aware of the problem and it should be fixed some day…

Me too. I didn’t receive loyalty rewards after reset my saves. The loyalty rewards window never popped up again after I restart from beginning.

I didn’t receive anything… I load up the game at least 15 time but I have nothing,no messages or pop up for my loyalty rewards… I’m tier 6 and that sucks :thinking:

Me too. Saw the message about the rewards, closed the game to go to the bathroom, and when I came back, it was all gone and locked.

Same for me. Got the unlock message for Tier 7 rewards and the game crashed. After rebooting the game all unlocked crates were gone and unavailable :frowning:

Same case for me too ( i’m tier 10)… no CR , no cars, i opened crates but nothing appeared after…
My vip is unlocked , as fast furious / hoonigan cars pack were free and unlocked too.
Maybe we have to wait 3rd October to get all loyalty rewards, no ???

I had same problem when I opened crates I lost all the stuff the crates gave me

Just to add to the list:

I own the Ultimate Edition digital download on Xbox One, yet the VIP Gear is locked, I didn’t get any Tier rewards despite being Tier LVL 10, and the F&F DLC is also locked.

I’m on the preview dashboard, I have tried restarting and hard shutting down the console, booted the game up numerous times, but to no avail.

At the minute, all I have is early access, I haven’t actually played anything besides the opening 3 races until this gets resolved.

You won’t get the loyalty rewards until you complete at least one championship in the Seeker cup, from my understanding.

So doing that will allow me to access the F&F DLC that’s currently giving me a Marketplace error message?

Seems odd that I can’t just take a F&F car and drive it around in Free Play from the off, or wear any VIP Gear from the start.

To get the VIP gear from the start, you have to open the VIP crate first. Did you do it? The error you’re getting when trying to access the F&F DLC, I can’t help you with that 'cos I stopped playing for now. The issue here in the thread is regarding the loyalty rewards not getting delivered. NitroGlitter already aknowleged the issue.

I can’t open a crate that I haven’t been given lol! It’s literally like despite this being the Ultimate Edition, it’s being recognised as just the base game, despite having all the UE content installed, that’s the best way I can put it.

I had the same VIP Crate issue that you had when I was trying to solve the Loyalty Reward issue. I erased my save file and started a new one while playing on PC. The game told me there was a crate to open, but when I pressed “Y” on the gamepad, the game told me there was no new crates to open. So I ended erasing the save file from the cloud and starting a new one again, but this time on my Xbox One. Then the VIP Crate showed up.

Try to erase the save from the cloud and console, and start a new game. Other then that, I can’t help you much. Sorry.
