I find it ridiculous that months after release I still didn’t get my loyalty rewards (driver outfits). Initially I thought you might be rolling the rewards out step by step, because my brother had his rewards during early access. Please get this sorted. Forza 7 have enough issues as it is. Don’t rob me of my loyalty rewards as well.

You were only tier 10 when starting fm7 going by your score…that’s why you didn’t and wont get the tier 11 badge
Tier 11 starts at 17500…you were 17375…that’s what you stated anyway
After checking your account, it looks like you were affected by a known issue. That issue has since been resolved and we have reset your Forza Faithful rewards. You should be presented with them the next time you sign into the game.

When I started my first game after completing 3 events I received my loyalty rewards. If I remember correctly it was 6 prize crates and forza 3, 5 & 6 driver gear. Think I got some horizon driver gear too, can’t quite remember. I have played every forza motorsport since forza 2 but didn’t worry too much at the time as I didn’t know what to expect and didn’t realise there was an issue.
I wasnt happy with how my game was going so I deleted my save and started again. This time when I completed my first 3 events I received my loyalty rewards but this time no prize crates and just the forza 4 driver gear. So just to be clear I am definately missing the driver gear for 3, 5 & 6 that I previously had, maybe missing driver gear for 2 & 7, not sure if I am a high enough tier for that.
Is it possible to receive my missing driver gear and prize crates or was it a one time thing?
If I remember right, tier 6 got FM7/6/5 & FH3/2, tier 7 added horizon, 8 added FM4, 9 added FM3, 10 added FM2 and tier 11, highest possible at that time added forza motorsport. So I guess it depends on what tier you were when you initially fired up FM7.
Ah right, so am I right in thinking that if I started my first game as tier 7 I received those rewards you listed (which I think I did, can’t quite remember), then when I started my second game I had obviously moved up to tier 8 and so got the tier 8 reward only and not all the previous tier rewards because even though I deleted my previous save the game thinks it has already given me those? If that makes sense.
Is there no way to get those previous rewards again? Its no big deal really, its just annoying that I have lost them.
We verified that you don’t have your Forza Faithful rewards because you did delete your game save. The next time you launch the game, you will be presented with your rewards.
