I completed one championship in the Seeker cup, the loyalty reward message showed up, I closed my game to get some rest. When I got back to the game, it was all gone. I think the same happened to everyone in this thread. They got the message about the rewards, went do something else, closed the game, and everything was gone when they returned.

Shouldn’t the VIP Gear and F&F cars etc be usable from the start in free play etc? When I go to the Autoshow to collect them, it shows them as downloadable vehicles, but I get an error message when I click on the cars, and the VIP Gear tells me that it is exclusive and unavailable at this time, despite me having all the DLC pre-installed.
Adding my name to the list:
My loyalty awards didn’t unlock, got the screen to show after the fourth time loading the game (I wasn’t trying to get it to load, I had forgotten about it until it appeared), but the game crashed before I could press continue and none of the loyalty awards have unlocked.
I’m playing on PC.
Same happend here showed me tier rewards but only gave me the gear that it so i went and looked at the crate section to not find anything… dissapointing. Rebooted game still nothing rebooted console still nothing 
I finished Rookie Championship and no loyalty rewards at all. It seems the message will only pop up once and if the game crashes or you end the game, the loyalty rewards will get broken and lost. I hope Turn 10 finds soon a solution for this problem.

Good to know, hopefully I can get something at least from the loyalty rewards.
So are you still looking into the non-existent VIP crates/gear/DLC cars as a separate issue then?
I didn’t get any of my loyalty stuff at all
They are delivered in a different way so yes, we are looking into that separately.
I only got part of the loyalty reward … namely I’m missing Forza Motorsport 2, 3 and 4 driver gears even though I played them (even more than the more recent ones), and the games do appear in Forza Hub as giving me points.
I only got some of the rewards too. The badges (except teir 1) and crates worked, but I’m missing all the driver gear despite getting the suit up achievement when the rewards popped.
Just a question, is it normal to have the Tier 2,3,4 etc… badges but not the Tier 1 Badge ?

I am also missing the Tier 1 badge, as well as the “Thank you for playing Forza.”, and “Forza Motorsport VIP Member” badges.
I think everyone might be missing those first 2 badges
the VIP badge should have been in the VIP crates
I opened crates and then lost what I got in the VIP crates
Tier 9, no reward message ever popped up, like I was Tier 1 or this was my first Forza game…
This is on Xbox One
