hi anyone else got the problem that he can‘t connect to horizon life with his xbox one?
I downloaded the game from the microsoft store and also installed the newest update from today but it doesn‘t work. Maybe it has something to do with the microsoft store version? because my friends who bought the game over amazon can play online

Same issue… And my network connection is okay, forza horizon 3 worked perfectly…
I doubt it’s a matter of where you buy the game. Check around the forums and you might notice that a lot of people (me included) also cannot connect to Horizon Life. We’ve been at it since early access and we still have no direct fix from Playground or Turn 10.
I have logged a ticket, looked around forums, check the connection, NAT type, etc… I still can’t find many threads about Xbox and problems getting online to Horizon Life. Downloading a game from Xbox directly through the console for 70 quid and not getting online is ridiculous. Can a dev please help?

i have download from xbox store Forza horizon 4 but i cant join online session.
When i try to join is telling me that it found a session but it never starts the sesion.

I have raised a ticket also but was told to only view the forums… No one from Turn 10/Playground Games will answer. Seems we’ll just have to enjoy the offline gameplay. We should be refunded by Microsoft due to this or something though…
