I experience this issue both on my Xbox One X and my original Xbox One. When racing on Homestead, any track, driving through some parts of the course causes the screen to flicker back and forth between greyscale and normal. Car, speed, other race settings do not matter. While messing around showing a friend of mine the game, since we were just cruising around at low speed while he was learning the controls, we noticed that when it happens, you can stop the car in the middle of the track, and the screen will just continue to flicker that way as long as you are in a spot where it happens. I also have FM7 installed on my PC, and just tested and confirmed that I do not see this issue there at all.
Not really sure what to even try with this one, and Homestead is the only course that this happens on.
When was the last time you properly shutdown your console fully including pulling the power cable out of the wall
Could also try a full power cycle by going into xbox settings and press restart console
I do it quite regularly and have never had that problem on any track on both my xbox X and xbox S
Recently, actually. As far as I can tell it has always done this on my system, but since I don’t go out of my way to drive on Homestead I’ve been mostly ignoring it. Figure I will try to grab a clip of it happening and leave a link here and send it to their non-responsive email address.
That s easy do a 30 to 60 second game clip upload to Xbox Live then send a Email with all the details and a link to the video to ForzaFB@Microsoft.com and then the game programmers can see what is going on and maybe find a fix
They really need visual aids to see what is happening
