Hard reset my Xbox and loaded up a few times but no pre download appearing. I’ve looked on the store and on manage game. Only 110mb download (placeholder) showing on my games. I’m in the alpha phase of the preview program if that’d be an issue?
Delete the placeholder file then reinstall and the full version will download
