Hello. I’m trying to set the hdr brightness in the menu. i have Sony x93 (1500 nit) and the hdr logo disappears only at the extreme right position. But with this setting the game is super bright. On Forza Horizon the setting was perfect. I think there is a problem with Forza 7.
Hi there, I was messing around with the TV settings when setting up the X yesterday. Not sure if this solves your problem but here’s what I found.
When running a non-enhanced game (i.e. before I had the Xbox X) in my TV settings I turned HDR on. This basically asks the TV to apply HDR effect to a source that is not HDR.
When I ran Forza 7 enhanced version with the Xbox X, I actually had to turn the HDR mode off on the TV settings, because the source is already in HDR. At first it made the image too bright and the colours all weird. So try turning HDR mode off on your TV and see if that works.
