Title is self-explanatory : can’t even paint a car. The game forgets that it has been painted when you change your car or try to apply decals to it. What’s up ?

Xbox Live is having a bad day and being annoying by doing server drop outs and other annoying things affecting saves for paint and other stuff with luck they will get it sorted as has been well over a week now
Rivals, ForzaThon, MP all affected buy the Server problems

Workaround that worked for me today:
1 paint the base color of the car.
2 exit paintbooth and save to design catalogue
3 load base color from my designs
4 aply decals
5 save to design catalogue
6 aply from my designs
