Anyone else noticing the wierd and wonky animation crossing the finish line? It honestly just looks like rolling clay at times. Then at other times there is no spinning of the tire. The Wheel itself spins but the tire does not. Just wondering if anyone else sees this

I have a similar issue when fast travelling to a property I own. The car slides into view, but the wheels are not rotating at all. It looks awful.
I have the exact opposite problem. When you enter a home and the cutscene plays, the car pulls in and stops, but the wheels keep turning for a bit.
