I was just wondering if and when will there be DLC and Add-ons for the Xbox 360

There wont be any DLC or addon for Xbox 360. Only the Xbox one version got DLCs.

If you want dlc for forza horizon 2 you must acquire the xbox one i did and i am happy for those that like the "15 stang or the vette Z06 forza horizon 2 xbox one is a must by plus there’s the storm island expansion but anyhow you must acquire the xbox one for more dlc
