Will the Huracan's in-car view ever be fixed on Xbox One?

Compare the Huracan’s interior on Xbox One and Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 version has the accurate interior, with the dynamic blue light on the dashboard, while the Xbox One version does not. Will this ever be fixed so that the Xbox One version has it accurate as well?

Not a big deal for me honestly. It is kinda like the same way the wing on the McLaren P1 doesn’t go down on the Xbox One version, but it does on the 360. Certain things you just gotta live with.

It does? WOW now I’m upset :frowning:

Same, I didn’t know about this before. :frowning:

It could be because the wing stays up in “track mode” or something, but its down in the introduction and even in the garage when the automatic camera cycles so must be an oversight lol

I noticed that too, surprising since it was the cover car LOL but theres inaccuracies with many cars unfortunately -__-, which are likely to be in Forza 6 too if they port the cars over

Not likely.

It was one of the first things I noticed when I got the P1 in Horizon 2. It seemed really weird for the wing to stay up permanently.

I assumed it was intentional but after seeing it correctly go up and down in the 360 version, it’s kinda remarkable something like this went unnoticed.

This may be because of the car they had to model and the mode it was in. In track mode the wing on the P1 does indeed stay up. Perhaps in the xbox one version he car is ever in Track mode whereas on the Xbox 360 it is in comfort mode.

I also did not know it went up and down in the X360 version and now I’m slightly upset about the fixed wing in XOne.

Still, not a deal breaker in the end, the game in enjoyable regardless of what the rear wing on one car does or does not do.

If that was the situation indeed, couldn’t they of just lowered the wing? The P1 has an option to do that in real life if my memory serves me correct.

Depends on what the model car had at the time, what the licensing agreement stipulates, and many other factors we may not be aware of.

I highly doubt that McLaren said “The wing has to stay up at all times” Especially considering that it moves correctly in FM5 and the 360 Version of FH2. But that is and stays the smallest problem, same with the blue line in the spedometer of the Huracan. What is annoying, is the fact that they messed up on the P1 spoiler when you install the Forza wing. In the Ssowroom everything is fine. But as soon as you go into the open world, the model of the damaged spoiler is permanently sticking through the Forza wing.

Same with the moveable wing on the LaFerrari. It permanently shows both the damaged and the undamaged wing while driving.

And both of these have nothing to do with what car they got at that time and what the agreements are. Its an oversight and a bug. I know that agreements come in more variations that skittles, but no car company in their right mind dictates that their car should be permanently shown with damage or in a specific mode. It is in their interest to see all the cars features animated and presented right.

And I checked about that Superleggera spoiler, you where indeed capable of ordering it painted from the factory. So that car actually is modelled after a real car. But a bit of research on the developers part, especially if they claim they are car enthusiasts and car lovers, would have cleared things up and prevented bugs and errors like the P1 spoiler from the start. Especially since the cars are exact copies from FM5, where things work like they should. And even FM5 has bugs which have been reported since the games release and never even considered to be fixed.

Long story short, they messed up and will never fix it. And these bugs wil continue to exist throughout all future Forza titles until new models will be created.

For many things in the franchise - this is accurate; unfortunately.

It is one thing to deal with it, but I wish we would at least get a response from Turn 10. These are small (relatively) issues that shouldn’t be hard to fix. Two of the most hyped cars of Horizon 2 (one of them the COVER CAR) have bugs and they can’t be fixed?

Heck, they literally ARE the cover cars for both of the most recent iterations of the series, and the world premiere of the Huracan in video gaming. It must be embarassing for them :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve tried posting it to dev accounts on Twitter, and it has never gotten a response there, either. :frowning:
They only seem to reply to well known community members.

I know right? A simple patch (like when the Renault alpines lights were fixed) could solve each of these problems. Considering it takes 6 months to model a car one would’ve thought the simple things would not be left out. Then you wouldn’t need car inaccuracy threads or bug ones etc. But oh well.

Well, I guess this will never be fixed. (no response from devs)

Shame really, it doesn’t seem like something that would be tough to fix. You’d think they’d want it to be 100% accurate, considering it is the game’s cover car.

The Huracan dash is correct on the One.

Hes talking about when you drive it. When you rev it a blue line is supposed to follow where the position of the needle is, which isn’t present in the One version.
