98 Supra has one. Not got any others as yet.
Can we get two lists of bodykits: one where everything works and one that tells you which kits keep the original wheel offset thereby looking ridiculous, which ones have no texture for the roll cage or have the roll cage sitting directly in front of your camera in interior view thereby looking ridiculous, and which ones have the flames from the exhaust backfires where the original exhaust outlet was and not where the outlet is on the bodykit… Thereby looking ridiculous

The KIA Veloster Forza Edition comes with wide body right out the gate.
Nissan GTR has one as well.

The '16 R8 has a new one but the wheel offset remains stock. Looks awful.
One of the MX5s has the same issue.
The Subaru 209 WRX STi has the one from Varis.

Found another one today, the 1969 Nissan Fairlady Z. Available at car level 20! I figure it will take just as long to obtain though, being the car starts out in E class stock.
I had to level up a Honda S800 in order to get it to C class to take it through all the Open races from C to S in the Builders Cup. I mainly used the Test Drive feature in the Tuning menu to do infinite laps at The Brickyard. It didn’t really take that long to level up.

The very least i think they should just give us the option to apply customization. Like not even buy it. Just apply it to see how it would look like on the car. Maybe in freeplay?

2018 Porsche GT2 RS has a widebody kit.
I think the 1995 Porsche GT2 has a widebody kit too, but i am not 100% sure, but it should have one.
Ford GT the newest one that you win in the career also has a widebody kit.
AM Vantage '19 has one
Ferrari 458 has a liberty walk bodykit and a huge chassiemounted forza spoiler

DonJoewonSong showed a few more on twitter. To be honest they look kind of odd. Like there’s no visual indication to tell you that this is a widebody. The fenders are so invisible, its like all they did was click a button to widen up the car model and boom you’ve got a widebodykit. Its literally like this animation loading screen on gt7:
