I believe the framerate caps (with vsync) are full, half rate, and quarter rate. So if you have 120hz monitor you will get the options for 120, 60, and 30fps. If you have 144hz monitor you will get 144, 72, 36. If you’re only getting 80 and 40, I’m guessing your refresh rate is set to 80 or 160hz somehow.
My first move would be to set your drivers back to default settings and then see if you can set refresh rate in your TV’s settings. Maybe set your TV to game mode, it might be one of those TVs that cheat the refresh rate by doubling frames instead of actually changing refresh rate. Try going back to FH5 and seeing if you get different fps options either way.
