Why can't I download my gifted unicorn cars from turn 10

Dear Turn 10,
My name is James and you recently gifted 2 unicorn cars in forza motorsport 4 which I am very grateful for but what I don’t understand is why you have sent them me when you you,?rselves have banned me from the auction house and storefront, therefore I am unable to download the unicorn cars. This has angered me very much. when I try to download them a message pops up saying unable to download your gift try again later… Please help me :slight_smile: the unicorns were the Top Secret S15 and the Top Secret Supra.
