Who can players contact to solve an issue with Forza?

It’s been four months since I started a topic regarding a Forza Rewards problem. (Topic: “Forza rewards problem: Badges and titles stalled at 77 out of 200”)

After four months it’s become clear to me that patiently waiting for a solution (or reaction form Turn 10 in general) isn’t going to work. I (apparently wrongly) thought this forum was created by the people who make these great racing games so they can provide help to the people who buy their games.

Hence my question: Who can players contact to solve an issue with Forza?

forzafb@microsoft.com - you will get an auto reply and may never get a direct response. As to the rewards being fixed as a result is anyone’s guess (they may be aware and just unable to pin down the issue as it is not affecting everyone)

Update 3: March 11: No reply or help received. Problem hasn’t been solved.

Sounds like the standard level of customer service is being carried out here.

You’d be better off throwing 10p in a wishing well.
