Which car has the ugliest Forza Wing?

Can you find better?

It’s ugly on all cars

I’d rather there be no forza aero in the game at all. Most of the time it looks as ridiculous as possible when they try to make a sports car out of an ordinary car. If the car does not have licensed dodgers for racing, then why make it so ugly…

No, as ugly as the forza aero wing is, it isn’t the ugliest in the game. The hands down winner of the ugly award has to go to the forza gurney flap wing. Especially on the back of the older cars like the old Porsches and MBs. There it just looks ugly and like it was a pure afterthought. They had no idea what to create for a decent looking wing so they just slapped on ugly and called it good. With a little thought and design there could have been a viable small platform forza wing for older cars that looked decent and could even be used throughout the rest of the cars.

It’s the same on every car with a Forza wing.

Doesn’t matter which car. It’s the forza wing that is ugly as hell.

EDIT: even the new ones.

Although it’s the same ugly design the most awful proportions have to be on the Alpine 110.

A car with a sleek design but then a wing which would fit on a race truck.

Those new Forza aero options are grotesque abominations.

What are they called again? They started in Horizon. When they imported them to Motorsport they screwed up the proportions of them.

So ugly. Don’t understand how people think they’re better than the already-uglymaxxed standard Forza aero

Car parts designed by people who are definitely not car people. They just do some kind of graphic design and call it okeydokey.

It’s like they were taken from NFSU2

The situation with hatchbacks and station wagons is tough. But there is hope. Usually through motorsport applications.

Thats why the real answer is just forza aero on one of the legendary super/hypercars that already have high end aero stock. That then just get the forza wing bolted onto the carbon fiber just so you can adjust the downforce.

Things like the veyron, clk gtr, 918 spyder, etc.

Big difference was though, even with a game so “OLD” as NFSU2, you could change the size of the wing. You can’t even do that in “The most advanced racing sim ever”.

To be fair, that’s an insult to NFSU2 and NFS in general. It had many wing styles, and even apart from the crazy ones there was something to choose from.
Talking about wings in NFS of that era - you had a carbon option for each model + there was an Autosculpt in 2006. And it included not only wings, but several versions of F/R bumpers, skirts and hoods. 18 years ago. Sure, NFS games had much less cars than Forza, so let’s stick to the wings - they were all shared across the whole car roster, just like this lame Forza wing.

Sorry for the rant, it’s just really annoying to have to skip certain (or more like MOST) amazing cars because you don’t want to ruin them with that “piece of art”.

the M6 used to have the gurney flap instead of the wing and it looked MUCH better

there is nothing worse!

It drives me nuts that Forza persists with silly “aero” parts like this bullbar on utes, flashing roof lights and even rally spotlights.

This isn’t rally, it isn’t bush bashing and racing cars don’t have flashing lights (and you don’t drive a safety car).

I’m fine with all of that but it makes me wonder why they can’t introduce new wings and front splitters

Not everything looks bad; there are some nice ones too.

No one cares about the look of this game, they just put whatever they can get their hands on into it and it doesn’t matter how alien it looks. Usually big projects have some kind of manager or chief developer making sure that the project stays within some kind of concept, who has any vision of the final product at all…it feels like FM has no such person)
