today is the 8th, and from what i understand we were supposed to get a message in our inbox to claim a free Cupra. so where is it? and before anybody asks, no i didn’t accidentally delete the message in the gifts section. since i bought one yesterday from the AH am i not entitled to the free one as well?

I did find that out yes, but the point still stands, still pretty expensive.
I got the email, but it stated that the gift was delivered already. It was not.
Is this known about and being fixed as well?

The message “gift delivered” is likely a gifted car received without kudos.
The Cupra is different message.
Just got mine around an hour ago when I landed on Hot Wheels Land. Don’t know if this is just a coincidence or what. GMT +8

“Gift received” or “Car added to your garage” messages don’t relate to the CUPRA. This will be found by going to your Message Center Gifts tab and selecting Download on the Gift Car message in order to add it to your garage. Another message from the Community Team is also in the News tab, but this is informational only - users will need to Download the car from the Gifts tab.

Thanks for the clarification MM I had thought it should be there but still hadn’t seen it, or a News one announcing it, as of about an hour ago. I’ll keep checking.
I got mine an hour ago or so, the message was easy to see among the gift drop responses

Yep, just popped on and it’s finally there. And clear enough yep. Done and done 
Thank you for the gift car. But, next time you guys release a playlist with a 2M car required, it would be helpful if you could release the NEWS message in-game about the car being free at the same time the playlist is released.
I do not closely follow the social media posts and had no idea this was eventually going to be a free gift car today, until I receive the in-game NEWS message several hours after the playlist was released and I had already purchased the car from Autoshow for 2M. I didn’t want 2 of them and would rather have kept the 2M.
Several hours later when the NEWS message finally arrived that the car was being gifted. If I had been notified of this earlier, “in the game” I would have waited for the gift.

well that would have been pretty silly since its only 2mill in the autoshow since the update
lucky that the people who couldnt wait 2 mill isnt a lot of credits in a game like this where credits are just thrown at you
