Which “Level Up” reward?
The cars that are offered at a discount every time you reach a new driver level.

I got mine also from a level up reward. However the Bugatti Veyron never showed up for me even though people say it comes in the milestone rewards around 250-300. I ended up buying mine, untill i can get my own.
If i remember correctly the Porsche 911 Flying Lizard GT3 was also meant to be in the Leagues reward program, yet i and many others unlocked it through milestone rewards. This is why some on the auction house are possible to sell/buy while the one gifted from Leagues isn’t. Mistakes have been made i guess, but in the end im sure every car will be obtainable somehow :).
The Bugatti Veyron will be a level up reward once you reached a certain driver level, it’s being offered roughly every 100 levels after that. I already sold 6 or 7 of them in the AH.
You get the Porsche Flying Lizard GT3 by completing one of the showcase events in career. It’s the Porsche RSR that was (incorrectly) offered as a level up reward and later on as bounty hunter and league reward.
