The main reason for me to start playing this game was to obtain the Forza Edition Chevy Monte Carlo and I’ve come to find out it was only available one time, before I was even able to get access to this game. Is there any chance this car will be available at a later point?

Presumably for you to even know the car was in the game, you did some research. Shame that didn’t include how to obtain it. Oh well you live & learn.
