For the Hoonigan Porsche if I remember correctly you “just” need to pass level 20 of “the street race” to unlock it and for the Monte Carlo SS that pretty much the same story but with an other 3 stars to get in some “story mode” involving old videogame.
Yea I had the Monte Carlo…beat the Laracer story but I somehow managed to lose the car when removing duplicates one day. My game has a tendenacy to show a car that isnt the car and I removed it and was like oh no…as for hoonigan porsche I’m stuck. I dont seem to be ranking up much at all. Have done the long street race like 10 times and only level 12. And I finish top 2 or 3 every race
