Things change I know… and players come and go, but topics, close community etc isn"t anything like it was in past forums…even down to the nature of post now days. Whining, drama etc…ugggg!

If you can’t tell from the list I listen to whatever music suits my mood. Sometimes it’s Dion and early fifties rock and roll, other times it’s old school hip hop (the best kind IMO). Whatever music fills the space and doesn’t pull your focus away from the drive is the best kind of music to race to.

I know I’m in the extreme minority here, but I really like the in-game music. I have the full FM6 soundtrack on my computer. It fits the tone of the game really well IMO. It’s tense without being overbearing. Songs like “The Grid” and “107%” are fantastic when in a close race!

Me and my friends use to get together and race in private lobby. One of my friends played DJ and pumped in the music over his headset. Now we did not do this in public lobbies, just when we were in private. It is a bit more difficult to drive this way as I shift by sound and rarely look at the tach , but it was a lot of fun. I thought I would put up a thread to see what others thought was their favorite song to drive to , in real life or on forza. My DJ’s favorite was Flirting With Disater by Molly Hatchet, I was torn between 2 , either La Grange by ZZ Top or, Im In Love With My Car by Queen, If you dont know that last one, pull it up on You Tube its an awesome driving song. Whats Yours?

IMO, all fast solo guitar tunes make for excellent driving music - Joe Satriani, Andy Timmons, Tony MacAlpine etc.

Then there’s Chemical Brothers, The Crystal Method and Prodigy if you want a change of pace. Although Metallica’s Fuel and Free Wheel Burnin’ by J.Priest have got to be among my all time favorite cars/racing tunes. Cars by Fear Factory is a good one too.
