I have a some intricate designs that I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of time on and they have absolutely ZERO downloads. Fine, I’m not trying to be the best designer out there. I just enjoy the process of making what I consider a tasteful and unique looking car. Which is why I was surprised when I took the Jag F-Pace, spent all of 2 minutes painting it a simple color shift green and it blows up. I’m completely dumbfounded!
Any idea what is going on here?
Also, I noticed that some designs load into FH4’s server with the visual aero and wheel mods showing while others do not. How can I assure my shared designs show up in full form?
Regarding my messages i get every day people are just looking for profile pictures lol
I also spend a lot of time in the designer and put my efforts in my designs, but most of them also get no attention at all, what makes me sad sometimes. But on some point i don`t care at all because in first line i made the designs for me and maybe they are really too bad, because i would consider myself a beginner regarding all the other fanastic designs out there.
It is important to tune your car BEFORE you create a design for it. Just make visual tuning first, then save your design in your catalogue. If you first paint your car the system saves the pic without any tuning parts.
Designs in your design catalogue will always display without tuning parts. You can check if the design is displayed with parts in your Creative Hub.
Even if you don’t upgrade your car with all the parts on it that you want to show in the Creative Hub … you can always come back later and load the paint onto the car again to save it with the desired look. Once you’ve loaded a paint, even if you’ve added or changed body parts, body kits, wheels, etc., just move a vinyl one step and then move it back so that the game will recognize the change in the design and force a save when exiting. Just choose ‘save to car’ and then your design will show all the upgraded parts in the Creative Hub thumbnail.
