When I go to “find new designs” and choose that car, 90% of every livery in every category is literally the same thing done but dozens of people.
I cannot find anything I like because of that.
What is the deal with everybody spamming that livery?

The Savannah isn’t too badly stocked with designs at my end?
I do find that’s an issue with other cars, yeah. People are putting up anything to hit the Legendary download mark.
If I recall correctly this is the hour the counters reset on design uploads, unless the whole DST clock change affects it, so if Moltres_Rider was looking shortly before posting they might have hit the peak wave and you might be in the less cluttered trough at the moment. It usually didn’t used to last long and it would even out with some creative designs and some simple ones that managed to get downloads.
EDIT : Usually it would hit cars worse that were going to feature the next day. No idea if the Savannah is such.
