Though I love the Forza franchise as a whole I was very disappointed to find out that Suzuka was excluded from Forza 6! Any chance of this coming as part of a DLC? Grand Prix Track Pack Hint, hint, nudge, nudge…

I’d read the licensing fees for Japanese tracks got really high or something.
I don’t understand the logistics behind what does and does not make it into a forza game but if you look at any thread that starts with “where is…I really miss it” someone always says “licensing fees”. My bet would be on disc space. Games can’t be larger than 50 gigabytes at launch to fit in a blu Ray disc so I’m sure tracks are pretty space heavy and have to be curated. And Turn 10 have only ever re released a track as DLC in Forza 5. And that was free. Their normal formula is to release one to two new tracks as paid DLC that no one uses because you can’t play them online.
Maybe Japanese tracks will make a comeback in Forza 7. They’re basically done with Forza 6 anyway.
Pretty sure the rights to use the Japanese tracks are now owned by Sony.
they couldt do as in forza1 with bathurst/mount panorama - they called it blue mountain… was based on, but not the same… or what about other fake tracks that people loved… gone… i guess diskspace. but i would gladly pay for tracks…
