Today I bought a car and I got a message that I had too many saves as I was trying to select a design. It would only allow me to buy a car with a normal color scheme but no design. I have since tried to purchase a couple more cars and the same issue pops up. The game told me to go to the file manager and delete saves. I could not find any file manager in the Forza profile or anywhere else in the game!! Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have never seen this issue in any forza game before! I do have well over 300 cars but I did not think a game would punish you for buying too much of it! somebody please help if you can. Thanks.
Yep. You’re not the first, and you won’t be the last. There’s a limit on tunes, paints, replays, etc.
If you go into the design editor, there’s a menu tab called “My Designs”. Open that tab, and all of your saved designs should show up on screen. In there, it gives you an option to delete each of your saved designs by highlighting the one you want to get rid of, and pressing “X” to delete.

I got the same message this morning but all my cars and affinity have been deleted. Is there anything I can do about it?
Yeah good luck. After encountering a “garage full” message I worked with Xbox Support for over two weeks. During one of the early “fix” sessions all my cars, credits, and affinity went away and “support” was unable to restore them. I had maximum affinity on every brand and owned every car in the game. I was at level 900. After Xbox’s “help” I was at level 1 and no affinity and just a handful of cars. Oh yes, I lost a couple of hundred million credits, also.
