What does exclamation point in an orange circle next to bucket list blueprint events signify?

Some of the bucket list blueprint events have an orange circle with an exclamation point associated with them. What does the exclamation point signify?

I thought it had something to do with which ones I had tried but that doesn’t appear to be it because there are some of these events I’ve tried that have the exclamation point and some I haven’t tried have it.

There are also a number of these events I’ve tried and some I’ve not tried that don’t have the exclamation point.

I think those are the ones that have Community Bucket Lists at that location.

It looks like that’s true for the ones with the exclamation points. However I’ve setup a number of blueprint events at sites without exclamation points and the orange exclamation point has not shown up. Does something else have to happen for it to show?

Doesn’t show for the ones you make as far as I’m aware.
