Crazy… Here’s me thinking this topic would be really popular. But nada. Absolutely nada lol. Anyway mad props to those 2 creations above. Absolutely incredible!

I gave both posts a ā€˜like’ :+1:t5:

Unfortunately according to DJS his track will be too much for my humble One X to handle - which is a shame cos it looks incredible!!

As for the ones featured in AR12’s vid… some of them are completely bonkers! Well worth taking the time to check them out.

Have to admit I got tired of trawling through Blueprints looking for something creative or entertaining and gave up on them fairly quickly into the game. Definitely a huge eye opener as to what can actually be achieved, props to you for drawing attention to them :clap:t5::clap:t5:

Can confirm DJS map is impressive. The way the neon lights reflect off your car is incredible.

But in terms of your comment, you touched on exactly the point of this thread. Blueprints are spammed by uninteresting content. Then you find these gems. What other gems are out there?

When I read the thread title I was hoping this would be filled with content too. The problem is indeed this:

FH5 doesn’t have proper quality control for eventlab maps, which means you are wading through so much untested muck before finding what you are looking for. I also completely gave up on Event Lab.

So a thread like this is really needed and welcome but maybe the first step towards making this thread a success is to get people some handles to navigate the muck (me included). Like make a list of creators that are good and actually make trialled and tested maps?

Thanks though for taking the time to create this and share!

Thank you again for this thread. Because of it I decided to check out the Event Lab more and I had a blast.

Sadly though, after going through the ā€˜PG curated’ (can’t remember the exact name) section and looking at a few more creations by their creators it all ran dry a bit.

I did find that searching for circuit maps does give some serious racing maps, but otherwise Event Lab is filled with ā€˜Get XP/SP/Cr fast!’ and ā€˜Do this for daily/weekly’.

Any tips for finding good creations?

No need to thank me. Thank AR12Gaming, DJS and all the other creators by giving their videos on YouTube a like.

I just follow YouTubers like AR12Gaming.

Have you tried the touge map from AR12s last video? That thing is crazy!

DJS’ Neon Nights ran fairly well on my OneX. I don’t know how people have the patience to put many of these together.

Maybe part of the slow response is the thread title? The events weren’t what I was expecting. I think I pictured custom race routes more than anything like these creations.

I ran the first two and in the past I’ve run another of vukkuu. I’m sensitive to the motion sometimes but looking forward to more greats

Once you find a good creator, follow them. Anything new by them will show up in your ā€œfriends and followedā€ section.

Finding new creators who aren’t just minimum effort with terrible race lines or XP/event cheats is tough.

I’ve been dabbling in creating some races. Nothing near the level of some other creators but just trying to add a few more races into the game, with half decent lines and aren’t just minimum effort affairs. I’m still learning tricks and techniques and figuring out what style I want to employ, but at least my races are actual races and have some thought given to playability and readability of the track.

Just throwing that out there if you’re starved for content. I mostly make stuff just for me and my friends, but if others are able to enjoy it as well I see no downside.

PS I also try to unshare anything that isn’t unique. That’s one thing I dislike about following other creators. They have some really good stuff but then I also get their generic settings on a standard track since the game auto-uploads this stuff. I don’t blame them, but I try to avoid that so I don’t further clutter people’s ā€œfriends and followedā€ tabs and they can get to the good stuff that much easier.

It’s hilarious when you browse the creative hub of people like Vukkuu, where you’ll have 3-4 beautiful Japan maps, along with 14 ā€œLos Jardines Circuitā€ or ā€œBaja California Trailā€

Here are two that I’ve made that I like. Both have some tight turns in them and are better once you see the route at least one time. I will admit the driving lines can be better in both races. You should be able to easily win both.
The first one is a modified version of the existing road race at the festival. The route goes down the drag strip first and then does a u turn to take you back to the track. The u turn is tight and congested on the first lap, but much easier on the next 2 if you are in first.

The second one takes you through the city for a part of the race. This section definitely has some tight turns. The sections before and after the city section are much more open and have just 2 sharp right turns. Give this race at least two tries to get a feel for the city section. It is pretty cool, but does have some technical turns in the city part.

Haha 26 minutes. That’s a long one. Might try it out but with an S2 rally car.

Incredible track, it’s spot on compared to the IRL track. Take an Formula Drift car.

Side note, ChrisRuggier076 makes some awesome Formula Drift maps

Formula D: E-town is probably my favorite. I have a video of one of the tracks sitting around if anybody wants it
