- Yes I am aware of what a liaisons job is.
- The patched exhaust sounds are still wrong, and in some cases worse
- If I was in charge of this team, I’d make sure that the plans for fixing this game were noticed by as many people playing as possible - I would not want people to have to “make an effor” to find that information. (I do watch streams as often as I can, but work makes that hard)

Scroll down a dozen or so posts and you’ll see this afternoon the community liaison from PG was here answering questions. Not a moderator but the person who’s job it is to communicate with players and relay that info back to PG. Most of the FM7 changes they made were due to people voicing their concerns on this forum. That process takes time. To say “this game had been out for weeks and they haven’t made it into my idea of a good game” is kind of silly. I would assume the most severe issues get attention before all the nit-picky stuff gets looked at. I’ve logged some serious hours in FH4 and for the most part haven’t noticed any issues worth complaining about. I also don’t expect to get the Chuteboxehero Custom edition of the game.
Oh you mean the hundreds of posts by other players about the exact issues I’m complaining about? That’s being nitpicky apparently.
My car not being able to reset during a race that depends on my finishing position is a SERIOUS ISSUE. I’ve seen it happen to plenty of people, and instead of turning around to go back to the checkpoint, they try to hunt down every player on the other team, because their race is forfeit anyway.
The mods are not liaisons. I am talking about RetroKrystal (I think that is right). A liaison is employed by the development company, not a forum volunteer.
Isn’t there an issue list on the new support site?
I’m sure the devs are aware of all the issues, it would just be nice to get confirmation that we’ve been heard and they are working on it… otherwise I feel like continuing to play the game in hope of fixes is pointless.

I don’t know, how often devs read the forum, but time to time they do and actually respond to people, who are having issues or need some sort of information. They don’t do it very often, but to state, that they never do that, is just wrong.
Source for information about devs current work is Forza streams on Mixer (and Twitch). Especially Forza Monthly ones. You don’t have to watch them live, but you can do it whenever you have time (all the streams are rewatchable). RetroKrystal has been very active here in FH4 subforum and you can clearly see, when you watch the latest Forza Monthly, that PG is made aware of the biggest issues we have with the game.

I just don’t feel the AI are as big of an issue as people think it is. Is that so wrong?
AI is like it is in this game series and sometimes it can get very annoying (I personally liked the predrivatars era AI more).

The reset bug is the worst, got stuck on my side as a ghost in infection and couldn’t reset or be infected.
The auction house is one of my biggest issues so far, no way to view if a car has used it’s perks or not. Can’t sell cars for their actual worth like rare wheelspin cars only going for $50K in the auction house.
I don’t see myself putting many hours in if the multitudes issues aren’t being addressed, as multiplayer is limited, rivals as-well, SP consists of cheating AI and Forzathon/seasonal events only take an hour to complete all the new content if that.
My job as the new Community Liaison at Playground Games is to listen to all the feedback and issues into collective data which I can then respond and report to the team accordingly. The team does read the forum and see various posts, especially those I directly send to them, however they are busy trying to fix the game and might not necessarily post in here - as that’s my job.
Yes, we are aware that the game may have bugs or issues in areas alongside noting certain aspects which could be improved. A lot of the topics mentioned within this thread have already been brought up under discussion and are being looked into. For our current known issues and release notes, check here.
As much as we’d all love it to happen, fixes and changes don’t just happen overnight but I can assure you that the whole team is working hard to improve and fix the game to the standard in which you the community would like.
However, I would like to apologise personally for the current delay in most responses to Forza Horizon 4 support tickets as I have currently received a big backlog of these and don’t seem to be responding within an appropriate time frame. This is something that I am looking to improve.
