At present, wet weather has no discernable impact on the grip available on curbs. Whether dry, damp, raining or a full in storm, you can abuse curbs for track limits at will without risk or fear.
IRL wet conditions are tricky and drivers will constantly be experimenting as to whether they can use them, grabbing too much risking spins.
The physics of curbs should be improved.
