There have been a couple of times where I have had the opportunity to take epic shots in rainy weather via photo-mode, however the lens is always full of water drops and ruins the picture.
An option to turn off water drops on lens maybe?

Motorsport has this toggle switch; don’t understand why Horizon doesn’t.
It would be nice to have an option to disable this. The water droplets even appear in cockpit mode in an enclosed car, bizarrely. Completely ruins the immersion.
It gets stuck on the camera lens, stuck on the windshield, stuck on the driver’s face, everything. You’d think they would have fixed that issues from FH4… instead, it got worse.
In Horizon 4, if you went through water or rain in third person, there would be water stuck to the windshield in first person. In Horizon 5, that’s still the case… but now it can also get stuck to the screen/lens/whatever.
They never bothered to address it in 4… so should we expect that even though it’s worse in 5, it still won’t get fixed? I mean sometimes the water drops even make their way into the garage. ![]()
I use cockpit and it looks like my helmet is wet… but I don’t have any helmet. Sometimes it’s fine and works how it should. Probably some special bug but I have too much in 5.
The water drops carry over from the drone mode as well.
Park the car, start exploring with the drone and the rain starts. Return to the car, and the water drops persist, now from inside the car using cockpit view.
