Disable Windows 10 Spatial Sound.
I figured this out from the person LazyTeddy25 who mentioned that muting his audio let him pass the Waterfall Race, so I disabled all my drivers and it loaded then when I further investigated I noticed that it worked upon disabling Windows 10 Spatial Sound, I believe this to be the case on Console as well however I have no idea where my Xbox One is nor if it’s even capable of Spatial Sound.
EDIT: Although it fixes the crashing, only cutscenes have audio so you’re still losing out.
