Over the weekend, I had some issues with my Forza Horizon 2 during the latest update and noticed that the VW Jetta vr6 was added as a DLC. Today, when I turned on Forza Horizon 2, the 2001 vw jetta vr6 is now gone. Anyone had any similar issues?

Looks like you’re seeing things not there.
The Corrado VR6 has been in Forza Horizon 2 since day one. Have another look. It’s there.
If it was the Jetta and not the Corrado, chances are it may be part of the April DLC and was put in a bit too early.
For now, it’s not in the game.

Could it have been leaked from the F&F expansion? I recall a guy had a Jetta VR6 in the very first F&F movie.
Might be one of the cars you get for smashing all the F&F XP boards…
Could it be that spare car if you saw a DLC car from a DLC you don’t own? From my reckoning, the spare car was an all-black VW Bora, the same trim as the Jetta, just a different name.
If you have that, it would most likely be a ban for you.

No. Nowadays, all Xbox Ones with an internet connection will receive Forza title updates (when the game is launched) containing all car pack content. Even those who haven’t paid for DLC will see the vehicles in the Autoshow and in multiplayer. There are no more placer cars.

Hmmm…a Jetta? Interesting…perhaps a April DLC leak?
I don’t think it will be the car for smashing all the boards…smashing all the boards I believe will just mean you can transfer Doms R/T to the main game, at least, that is the intention I’m getting from the Glass App description page/twitchers.
Only a couple of weeks till we shall see.
